With its mix of desert elements and Nordic simplicity, The Amado has become a must-stay-at-least-once place when in Palm Springs. Shortly after, she ventured out to open Bootlegger Tiki and Ernest Coffee with her partner Chris Pardo.
Now Bootlegger Tiki has been called one of the top 22 tiki bars in the country by Conde Nast Traveler, and Ernest Coffee has given the cafe scene the boost the community needed. (Portland watch out!)
Now for a pick me up… We needed some energy before we finished our big day!! Ernest Coffee is THE coffee shop in Palm Springs, it’s not only totally adorable but their drinks are super yummy!!
Don’t miss it. Ernest serves ever-popular Stumptown coffee as well as a variety of local patisserie delicacies. A great place to hit when your stomach is rumbling and you need a little get-up-and-go.
Ernest Coffee is a tiny new cafe in the uptown design district that has a Vancouver feel, so it wasn’t a huge surprise to find out the owner is Canadian. Great service, kid-friendly, and one of the only places in town serving Stumptown Coffee. My wife visited almost daily for the latte.
Need a little pick-me-up in the Uptown Design District? Head over to local independent coffee shop Ernest Coffee and get your bean on. From freshly brewed Stumptown Coffee to warm homemade sweet and savory snacks, this joint has got your cravings covered. And if you’re looking for a great happy hour, come on by for their great bottled beer and wine selection from 4-6pm every day
